Hello, we are Josh and Tricia Moreno, the proud new owners of Groff Ag. We are a family-owned business located in Imperial, NE, and are committed to providing our customers with top-quality fertilizer placement and residue management products. We carry on the legacy of Groff Ag by providing the same quality products and personalized attention to detail that our customers have come to expect over the years.

Groff Ag was founded by Jerry Groff of Imperial, NE. in the early 1980's.  Jerry tested and designed a fertilizer attachment, having patented his design.  Then in the 1990's he designed and patented row cleaners. Groff Ag was later sold to Allan and Judy Winick of Winick Farms in Wellington, CO. 

 

Josh had started his journey as a distributer and salesman for Groff Ag under his step-father PJ Pajerski of Imperial in 2011.  PJ had been a sole distributer and salesman for Jerry Groff and continued his business, Imperial Marketing once Winick Farms purchased Groff Ag.  In 2016 Josh became then became the sole Groff Ag distributor, operating as 5M Ag, LLC.  Then in July 2022 Josh and Tricia became the proud owners, bringing Groff Ag back to Imperial where it had originated.
